Services have been restored by our engineers. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
This was identified as one of the underlying host systems experiencing an unexpected issue. This resulted in some hosted servers restarting automatically while the platform recovered.
All affected servers are now back online and operating normally. Our engineers have checked the platform and confirmed there is no ongoing impact to your services. We are continuing to investigate the cause.
